ORAL JUDGMENT Dt: 21.10.2021 (per Prashant Kumar Mishra, CJ)

By the order under challenge passed by the writ court, the

respondent No.3 i.e., the Revenue Divisional Officer, Visakhapatnam

Division, Visakhapatnam District, has been directed to dispose of the

Appeal No.591/2018/C preferred by the first writ petitioner, within a

period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order

after affording opportunity to all the parties concerned.

2. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the said

appeal was posted for hearing before the respondent No.3 yesterday.

3. The submission of the learned Government Pleader is recorded.

4. In view of the appeal pending before the respondent No.3, we

are not inclined to entertain this writ appeal. If the said appeal is not

yet disposed of by the respondent No.3, the same shall be disposed

within two weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, the writ appeal is disposed of. However, the order

of status quo granted by this Court on 08.10.2021, shall remain in

operation till disposal of the appeal pending before the respondent No.3.

6. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed.
