11. 20.10.2021 UDPR, J While perusing the file for preparation of judgment, it

is seen that except filing memo, the 1st respondent has not

filed counter. Further, there is no information as to whether

enquiry committee constituted by the 1st respondent has

submitted its report on the aspect of tampering of the marks

in this case.

2. Therefore, this information is essential for proper

adjudication of the matter. Therefore the writ petition is re-

opened and the Registrar of 1st respondent University is

directed to physically present before this Court on

25.10.2021 and submit the enquiry report along with

relevant material without fail.

3. Post the matter on 25.10.2021.
