                APPEAL SUIT No.625 of 2010

JUDGMENT:

Sri J.V.Srinivas, learned counsel appearing for Sri

Suresh Velaga, learned counsel for the appellant seeks to

withdraw the appeal suit. A memo for withdrawing the appeal

suit has also been filed by Sri Suresh Velaga on 06.10.2021.

Accordingly, the appeal suit is dismissed as

withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any,

shall stand closed.
