Having regard to the judgment, dated 19.9.2019, of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Union of India and another vs. Tarsem Singh and others in Civil Appeal No.7064 of 2019 [2019 (9) SCC 304], there shall be interim stay of the operation of the order and decree, dated, 31.12.2019, in A.O.P.No.167 of 2017 passed by the learned V Additional District Judge, Vijayawada insofar as 12% additional market value which was directed to be paid along with solatium and interest.
