2. On 12.11.2021, the Court had noted that nobody had

appeared on behalf of the petitioners on 27.10.2021 and

accordingly, by way of indulgence the matter was adjourned. On

12.11.2021 also nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioners

and the Court had fixed the matter for 22.11.2021 for being listed

under the heading 'For Dismissal'.

3. Since today also nobody has appeared to press the

present petition, the same stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
