The sentence of imprisonment against the petitioner/accused in judgment dated 05.10.2021 in Criminal Appeal No.254 of 2012 on the file of the Court of learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Nellore which was imposed in judgment dated 07.11.2012 in S.C.No.396 of 2010 on the file the Court of learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Kovur alone is suspended pending the criminal revision case on condition of petitioner surrenderring before the Court of learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Kovur, SPSR Nellore District and on such surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on the same day on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Kovur, SPSR Nellore District.
