file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District, Pending disposal
of CRP No. 2707 of 2019, on the file of the High Court. a

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit
filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 25.10.2021 and
07.01.2020 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri B P Raju Advocate for
the Petitioner and Advocate for the Respondents, The Court made the following
ORDER:

"Sri B.V.Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent seeks time.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is urgency in the matter, as there is a auction of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.2.36 cents in R.S. No.47/3 of Talla Gokavaram Village, West Godavari District is proposed to be - held.

Post on 25.11.2021.

In the circumstances, there shall be a stay of public auction of the said land, for a period of three weeks." 1
