4. 08.11.2021 RRR, J This Court, in view of the Judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in A.S.Narayana Deekshitulu vs. State of A.P. ((1996) 9 SCC

548) and Sri Divi Kodandarama Saram and others vs. State of Andhra Pradesh and others ((1997( 6 SCC 189) required the submission of the files and documents relating to the recommendations of the committees, which had been placed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and also the decision of the Government in relation to the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Sri Divi Kodandarama Saram's case. These records have not been placed before this court despite time being granted from 28.10.2021.

In view of the above, the said files and documents shall be placed before this Court by the next date of hearing, failing which, the Commissioner, Endowments Department personally be present to explain as to the decisions taken by the Government in this regard.
