          Similar issue involved in this case is squarely covered by the

judgment of this Court in Pridhvi Asset Reconstruction and

Securitisation Company Limited Vs. State of A.P. represented

by its Principal Secretary and Others1.


          Following the above judgment and for the reasons recorded

therein, the Writ Petition is also allowed by directing the second

respondent to register the Sale Certificate dated 20.11.2020

executed by the writ petitioner-Bank in favour of the third

respondent herein within four (4) weeks from date, subject to

compliance of all other statutory requirements. No order as to

costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the

Writ Petition shall stand closed.
