Petition under Section 397 (1) of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated
in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend
the sentence passed in Criminal Appeal No.488/2018 dated 26.02.2021 on the file of
the court of IV Addl. Sessions Judge Guntur in Confirming the Judgment passed in CC.
No.28/2016 dated 11.12.2018 on the file of the court of the Addl. Junior Civil Judge
Ponnur, pending disposal of CRLRC No.238 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show
cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following
order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

ORDER:

"This petition is ordered subject to condition that the petitioner shall furnish a personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Court of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ponnur in C.C.No.28 of 2016 pending further orders".
