WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his/her Advocate
KRISHNA RAO MODHALAVALASA presented this Petition under Article 226 of
the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit
filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to pass an order or direction one
in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents,
particularly the no.s 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th respondents not consider the
Compassionate appointment to the petitioner by the petitioner Mother working as
a Peon in the Punjab National Bank i.e the 5th respondent office At.
Vaizayanagram by the petitioner mother death on 31-12-2016 only a daughter
and no sons i.e is a married daughter cannot be discriminated while providing
compassionate appointment any suitable post while pending her representations
on 20-09-2017 but the respondent s without consider as a compassionate
appointment as wholly illegal arbitrary violate the Apex court judgment is against
the constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the
compassionate Appointment any suitable post for Deceased quota and all
consequential benefits, Punjab National Bank At Vizianagaram District.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit
filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Krishna Rao Modhalavalasa,
Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show
cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
