Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the
grounds filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further
proceedings in E.P.No.40 of 2015 in A.A.No.539 of 2010, on the file of Learned
Principal District Judge at Kurnool, including the arrest of the Petitioners, pending
disposal of CRP No.3507 of 2019, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds
filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court order dated 26-11-2019, 19-12-
