            CRIMINAL PETITION No.10783 OF 2014
ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is

submitted by Sri S.V.Sainadh, learned Special Assistant Public

Prosecutor, that after filing the present Criminal Petition

No.10783 of 2014, the case was transferred to the Special Judge

for Trial of the cases under the Drugs and Cosmetic Act-cum-I

Additional Sessions Judge, West Godavari at Eluru, and was

numbered as Sessions Case No.4 of 2015 and the learned

Sessions Judge, by way of the judgment dated 31.03.2017,

acquitted the petitioner herein.

Recording the above submission made by the learned

Special Assistant Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition

stands closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Criminal

Petition shall stand closed.
