Petition under Section 151 of CPC, praying that in the circumstances stated in
the petition and the affidavit filed A.S., the High Court may be pleased to grant stay
of all further proceedings including passing of final decree in O.S.No. 113 of 2007 on
the file of Ill Additional District Judge, Tirupati, pending disposal of A.S.No. No. 112
of 2021 on the file of the High Court.
