Memorandum of Family Court Appeal to this Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh,
Amaravathi, against Decree and Judgment in FCOP.No.42 of 2018, dated 28-12-2020
on the file of the Court of the Judge, Family Court cum V Additional District Judge,
Tirupati, Chittoor District

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of
grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N SUBBA RAO Advocate
for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondentg herein to show cause as
to why this FAMILY COURT APPEAL (FCA) should not be admitted.
