The issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the

order, dated 8.12.2020, of this Court in W.P.No.23312 of 2020 [Pridhvi

Asset Reconstruction and Securitisation Company Limited Vs. State

of Andhra Pradesh, represented by its Principal Secretary and

others1].

2. Following the above said judgment and for the reasons recorded

therein, this Writ Petition is also allowed in terms thereof and impugned

actions are set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the order, dated 8.12.2020,

of this Court in W.P.No.23312 of 2020 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall

stand closed.
