Petition under Section 397(1) of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated
in the memorandum of grounds filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be
pleased to suspend execution of sentence in order dated 17.02.2021 in Cri.A.No.357 of
2018 on the file of the XIll Addl. Sessions Judge, Narasaraopet, and release the
petitioner on bail, pending disposal of CRLRC No.183 of 2021, on the file of the High
Court.
The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show
cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following
order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

" Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The sentence of imprisonment imposed against the petitioner/A.2 in
C.C.No.51 of 2018, dated 17.09.2018 by the | Additional Junior Civil Judge,
Narasaraopet, as confirmed by the XIII Additional Sessions Judge, Narasaraopet,
in Cri.A.No.357 of 2018 by the judgment dated 17.02.2021, alone is suspended and
the petitioner/A.2 shall be released on bail on executing personal bond for
- Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each
to the satisfaction of the | Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class,
Narasaraopet, Guntur District."
