Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to
issue a direction, order or writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus
declaring the proceedings of the 3 respondent in Re. No. 51/D2/2018 dated -04-2020
transferring the correspondent ship from special officers of Education Department to
CBCNC Management GROUP up to 09-05-2022 and declare the same as illegal,
arbitrary and un-constitutional and violative of Art. 14, 19 and 21 and also inviolation of
the judgment rendered by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (P.I.L) No. 157 of 2019 and W-P.
NO. 16021 of 2019 dated 27-01-2020 and consequently direct the respondents to
restore the special officers of Education Department as correspondents of CBCNC
Educational Institutions till the enquiry is completed against the 4" respondent herein.

. Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend
the impugned proceedings issued by the 3 respondent in Rc. No.51/D2/2018 dated
04-2020 transferring the correspondent-ship from special officers of Education
Department to CBCNC Management GROUP up to 09-05-2022, pending disposal of
WP 8316 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit
filed in support thereof and the Orders of the High Court dated 06-05-2020, 20-05-2020,
15-06-2020, 25-11-2021, 18.02.2021 & 23.02.2021 made herein and upon hearing the
arguments of M/s G Elisha, Advocate for the Petitioner and GP for Education for the
Respondents and of Sri A Venkata Ramana, Advocate for the Respondent No.4, the
Court made the following.
