Petition under Order 41 Rule 5 of CPC r/w section 151 CPC praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may
be pleased to stay all further proceedings in pursuance of Decree and Judgment dt.20-
12-2019 passed in passed in OS.No.169 of 2014 on the file of Judge Family Court cum
VII Additional District Judge, Anantapur, pending disposal of AS No.156 of 2020, on the
file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit
filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court order dated 23-06-2020 made
herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI N CHANDRA SEKHAR REDDY
Advocate for the Petitioner, SRI N ASWARTHA NARAYANA for the Respondent, the
Court made the following.

ORDER:

"It is represented on behalf of the appellant that order dated 23.06.2020 in |.A.No.1 of 2020 is not complied with, therefore, in view of the order therein, interim stay granted stood vacated.

The respondent is at liberty to execute the decree of the trial Court automatically, without inviting the order of this Court.

List this appeal in usual course, after eight weeks".
