Petition under Section 151 of CPC, praying that in the circumstances stated in
the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of
the judgment and decree dated 24-11-2020 in OS. No. 02 of 2017 on the file of the VI
Additional District Judge, Ananthapuramu at Gooty, pending disposal of AS No. 334 of
2020, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the
affidavit filed herein and the orders of the High Court dated. 05-01-2021 and
08-02-2021 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Prab r Sripada,
Advocate for the Petitioners, the Court made the following
ORDER :-
