         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1116 of 2020


ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition arises against the order passed

in I.A.No.121 of 2020 in O.S.No.67 of 2013 on the file of Senior

Civil Judge, Sattenapalli, Guntur District, dated 11.03.2020.

Heard the learned counsels on both sides.

The petitioners herein are the petitioners in I.A.No.121 of

2020 in O.S.No.67 of 2013 and the defendants in the suit. The

respondents 1 to 3 herein are the respondents in I.A.No.121 of

2020 and the plaintiffs in the suit. The respondents 4 and 5

remained exparte as defendants 4 to 5 in the suit.

The suit is filed for declaration of title and permanent

injunction with respect to the suit schedule property against the

defendants. It is represented by both the counsels that the trial

is concluded and the matter is posted for the Judgment. While

so, the defendants herein filed I.A.No.121 of 2020 seeking

amendment of written statement on 03.02.2020. The same was

considered on merits and the trial Court dismissed the said I.A.

Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners herein filed this Revision

under Article 227 of Constitution of India. On perusal of the

order of the Court below there is no infirmity to entertain the

C.R.P at this stage and it is only to drag on the proceedings.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There

shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently miscellaneous applications pending, if any,

shall also stand closed.
