Petition under Order 41 Rule 5 r/w 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances
Stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to
Stay all the proceedings including the Execution of decree and Judgment in
A.S.No.22/2015 on the VI Additional District Judge Sompeta setting aside the
Judgement and decree in O.S.22/1999 of Senior Civil Judge Sompeta dated 05-08-
2014, pending disposal of SA No.819 of 2019, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit
filed in support thereof and the Order of the High Court dated 03.01.2021 made herein
and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Viswanath N, Advocate for the Petitioner, the
Court made the following.

ORDER:

"Post on 19.03.2021.

In the meanwhile the learned counsel for the appellant shall serve papers to the respondent.

Interim order granted earlier is extended by another three (3) weeks from today."
