JUDGMENT: (per UDPR,J)

      When the matter was called on 25.02.2021, there was no

representation on behalf of the appellant. Since it is an old matter of

the year 2005, this Court directed to matter to be listed under the

caption 'for dismissal' on 04.03.2021.

      Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation

on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant has no interest

in prosecuting the appeal.

      Accordingly, this LAAS is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a

sequel, miscellaneous applications pending for consideration, if any,

shall stand closed. No costs.
