This matter was heard along with W.P.No.7934 of 2019 and batch,

wherein orders reserved. However, at the time of preparation of judgment, it

was noticed that this case is not similar to the subject matter of the batch.

Therefore, this case is listed today for orders.

2. Mr. S. Dilip Jaya Ram, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that

nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition and this petition has been

rendered infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of as

infructuous. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed.
