Heard Mr. V. Maheswara Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Home

appearing for the appellant, and Mr. S. Ganesh Babu, learned counsel for

respondent No.1/writ petitioner.

This writ appeal is filed assailing the order dated 05.03.2021 passed by

the learned single Judge in W.P.No.4859 of 2021.

Mr. V. Maheswara Reddy submits that though there are arguable points,

by the time this appeal is listed for hearing, the order of the learned single

Judge has been complied with and, therefore, nothing survives for

consideration in this case.

In that view of the matter, without going into the merits of the case, the

writ appeal is disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Pending miscellaneous

applications, if any, shall stand closed.
