Appeal Under Section 96 of C.P.C., aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated
17.08.2019 passed in O.S.no. 90 of 2016 by the X Additional District Judge, Tirupati.

LA.No. 1 of 2021 :-

Petition under Order 41 Rule 5, rAw. Section 151 of C.P.C., praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to
suspend the decree and judgment delivered in O.S.No. 90 of 2016 on the file of the
learned X Additional District Judge, Tirupathi, Dt. 17-06-2019, pending disposal of AS.
No. 598 of 2019 on the file of High Court.

The Appeal coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds,
Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier Order of the High Court
dated 27.04.2021 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V.S.R.
Anjaneyulu, Advocate for Appellants and of M/s. S. Pranathi, Advocate for respondent,
the Court made the following

ORDER:

'Appellants' counsel present. Learned counsel for respondent sought time to file counter. Post on 22-07-2021. Meanwhile, counter to be filed. Interim order granted earlier is extended till then."
