JUDGMENT:     (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C. Praveen Kumar)



      Heard Sri P. Rajesh Babu, learned counsel for the

appellant and Sri A. Rohini Srinivasa Murthy, learned counsel

appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo dated

02.03.2021 seeking withdrawal of the appeal, on the ground

that the parties have settled the issues and entered into a

compromise in C.C.No.260 of 2013 on the file of Judicial

Magistrate of First Class, Guntur, recorded before the Legal

Services Authority, Guntur on 26.02.2021, wherein the

appellant herein agreed to withdraw the appeal in A.S.No.327 of

2019 pending before this court. The same is not seriously

opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

In view of the said memo of withdrawal, the appeal is

dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any,

pending shall stand closed.
