. Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C., praying that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to stay
all further proceedings including passing of final decree pursuant to the
Judgment and decree passed in A.S.No 26 of 2016, dt. 31.08.2018 on the
file of the District Judge, Anantapuramu in O.S.No. 58 of 2012, dt.
28.07.2015 passed by the Junior Civil Judge, Uravakonda, pending disposal
of S.A.No.7 of 2079 on the file of the High Court.

The Court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to
show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made
the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the
receipt of notice in the case)

ORDER:-

"Heard. The learned counsel for the respondent opposed granting
stay of the appellate Court decree and with reference to institution of
final decree proceedings. Nonetheless, since the second appeal is
admitted and subject matter is left open for consideration, the
proceedings in the final decree application shall go on and the trial
court shall not pass final decree, until further orders and notice."
