Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C., praying that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to
suspend the operation of the Judgment and Decree dt : 24-01-2020 in
A.S.No. 49 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Chittoor
confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 09-02-20216 in O.S.No, 38 of
2011 on the file of the { Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor, pending
disposal of $.A.No.236 of 2021 on the file of the High Court.

The Court while directing issue of notice to the Respondent herein to
show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made
the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the
receipt af notice in the case)

"Heard.

 

There shall be interim stay of operation of the decree and judgment
dated 09.02.2016 in O.S.No.38 of 2011 on the file of the Court of
learned | Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor, confirmed in
A.S.No.49 of 2016 by the learned Principal District Judge, Chittoor by
the judgment and decree dated 24.01.2020 until further orders,
subject to the petitioners depositing the costs awarded by both the
Courts below, within four weeks from today.
