ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

"Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th Respondent in not accepting the petitioners document for registration of his Land D-Form Patta vide DR No 1120/1364/B1 dated 11.01.1954 in Sy.No.330/P New Sy.No.368/1B admeasuring Ac.3-68 cents situated at Madhurawada Village, Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal of Visakhapatnam District as illegal arbitrary unconstitutional and contrary to the judgment of this Honble Court as also the proceedings issued by the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.575 dated 16.11.2018 and consequently direct the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to forthwith accept the registration of the petitioners document for alienation of the petitioners property mentioned above"

Government Pleader for Revenue submit that the issue involved in

this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in

W.P.No.13229 of 2021 dated 09.07.2021.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the

petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue,

this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order in

W.P.No.13229 of 2021 dated 09.07.2021. No costs.

The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the order in

W.P.No.13229 of 2021 dated 09.07.2021 to this order.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any,

shall stand dismissed.
