judgments of the trial Court as well as the first appellate Court since the following substantial questions of law arise for determination in this second appeal, Admit:
1. Whether the judgment of the appellate Court is vitiated on account of failure to follow Order XLI Rule 31 of C.P.C.?
2. Whether appreciation of the material by the Courts below to the effect that the plaintiff did not own any property beyond the compound wall is not based on any evidence?
3. Whether the claim of the defendants has any effect on the title claim by the plaintiff?
