2. An additional affidavit furnishing the details and explaining the nature of compromise entered into by the

cmom TT parties before the Taluk Legal Services Committee, Dharmavaram is filed. As per this additional affidavit, cee.c.o 77 the settlement arrived before the Taluk Legal Services Committee, Dharmavaram was in relation to the Land aannc ee!!

3. In view of producing the original agreement of compromise entered into by the parties, having regard to www Crr FF C

the reports produced by the Registrar (Judicial) and In- charge Registrar (Vigilance), it is manifest that the proceedings in E.P. No.26 of 2016 in O.S.No.5 of 2011 are still continuing before the Court of learned Senior PPDD

Civil Judge, Dharmavaram.

4. In view of the compromise entered into among these parties, whose particulars were verified and who had also informed this Court of entering into such compromise, as a matter of fact appearing online as was recorded on 28.6.2021, this compromise entered into is permitted. Consequently, I.A.No.2 of 2021 is allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioners also filed photocopies of Aadhar cards of the parties and Registry is directed to place them on record.
