Heard Mr. A.V. Pardhasaradhi, learned counsel for the appellants.

Also heard the learned Government Pleader for Education appearing for

respondent Nos.1 to 8 and Ms. Kavitha Gottipati, learned counsel

appearing for respondent Nos.9 to 14/writ petitioners.

2. The present writ appeal is filed against an interim order dated

24.11.2020 passed by the learned single Judge in W.P.No.21482 of 2020.

This appeal is filed along with an application being I.A.No.3 of 2021

seeking leave to appeal as the appellants were not party respondents in

the writ petition.

3. Mr. A.V. Pardhasaradhi, learned counsel for the appellants, submits

that in view of the fact that the writ petition was dismissed, there is no

surviving cause in this appeal, and accordingly, submits that this writ

appeal has been rendered infructuous.

4. In view of the above submission, I.A.No.3 of 2021 and the writ

appeal are disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Pending miscellaneous

applications, if any, shall stand closed.
