WHEREAS the Appellants above named through their Advocate Sri MS R Subrahmanyam presented this Second Appeal under Section 100 CPC, against the order dated against the Judgement and decree dt.18-3-2011 in AS No.79 of 2006 on the file of | Additional District Judge, Vizianagaram confirming the Judgment and decree in OS No. 28 of 1999 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Vizianagaram dt. 1-9-2006

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Si MSR Subrahmanyam, Advocate for the Petitioners, Sri M.Bala Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the appellants that Sri K V Subrahmanya Narusu, learned Senior Counsel is appearing for the plaintiffs namely respondents 1 to 8, Sri P.Veerraju counsel is appearing for respondent No.9, directed issue of fresh notice to the Respondent No.1, herein to show cause as to why this SECOND APPEAL should not be admitted.

You viz:

are directed to show cause either appearing in person or through an Advocate, as to why in the circumstances set out in the petition and the memorandum of grounds filed therewith (copy enclosed) this SECOND APPEAL should not be admitted.
