                 APPEAL SUIT NO.832 OF 2010
JUDGMENT:

When the matter is called, it is represented by Sri Sreenivasa

Rao Velivela, learned counsel for the appellant that a letter was

addressed to the Registry on 06-07-2021 to post this matter under

the caption for "withdrawal" in view of the settlement of the dispute

between the parties out of the Court.

Having regard to the submission made by learned counsel

for the appellant and the contents of the letter dated 06-07-2021

addressed to the Registry, this Appeal Suit is dismissed as

withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in

consequence.
