On 20.01.2021, this Court passed the following order:

"Ms.P.Radhika, learned standing counsel for the appellant- University submits that she has instructions to appear for the appellant.

Mr.Ch.Samson Babu, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner (respondent No.1), has submitted that the order assailed in this appeal has been complied with and the appeal has rendered infructuous.

Ms.P.Radhika, learned standing counsel appearing for the appellant shall obtain instructions in this regard."

Today, Ms.P.Radhika, learned standing counsel for the appellant-

University submits that pursuant to the order dated 13.12.2017 passed in

W.P.No.3451 of 2019, an order was passed by the appellant on 04.08.2020,

which is again put to challenge by respondent No.1/writ petitioner in

W.P.No.23196 of 2020.

HCJ & CPKJ W.A.No.1648 of 2018

In that view of the matter, we are of the opinion that nothing survives

for consideration in this appeal and, accordingly, the same is disposed of as

infructuous.

In view of the above, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall

stand closed.
