The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and memorandum of grounds filed in Cri.A., and upon hearing the arguments of Sri C. Masthan Naidu, Advocate for the Appellant and of Public Prosecutor for Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ch.Masthan Naidu
and learned Public Prosecutor for respondent.
The petitioner/appellant No.2/accused No.2 seeks interim bail on the ground that his elder brother, K. Lakshmi Narayana's marriage will be held on 04.02.2021 and the presence of the petitioner for the marriage function is essential. In support of the petition, the copy of
the 'wedding card' of the petitioner's brother is filed.
Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions, confirmed the
marriage of petitioner's elder brother and reported no objection for
granting interim bail.
In that view, this petition is allowed and_ the petitioner/appellant No.2/accused No.2 is granted interim bail from 30.01.2021 to 08.02.2021 (both days inclusive) on the condition of his executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two (2) sureties each for likesum to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Central Prison, Kadapa where he is now lodged. During the period of bail, the petitioner/appellate No.2/accused No.2 shall Stay in Chittoor District and shall not move out. He shall surrender before the Superintendent, Central Prison,
