decree and judgment dated 30-08-2019 made in AS.No. 71 of 2017 on the file of the
court of the VIII Additional District Judge, Chittoor, pending disposal of SA.No. 790/2019
on the file of the High Court. ,

The Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and grounds filed
herein, and the orders of the High Court dated. 18-02-2020, 09-09-2020, 20-10-2020,
02-12-2020 and 06-01-2021 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri
S.V.Muni Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner, the Court made the following |
