JUDGMENT :

Sri N.Ranga Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, represents

that this matter is settled outside the Court. He also filed a letter dated

21.01.2021 to that effect addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this

Court.

2. In view of the same, this appeal is dismissed as settled outside

the Court and as withdrawn. No costs.

As sequel thereto, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall

stand closed. Interim Orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
