WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented this Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to 12
of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, through his Counsel Sri Sasanka Bhuvanagiri,
praying the High Court to punish the Respondent herein for willful dis-obedience of order
of this Hon'ble Court passed in W.P.No. 3082 of 2019, dt. 14-02-2020.

WHEREAS the petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of
Courts Act, 1971, the above case through his counsel Sri Subba Rao Posani, praying the
High Court to take into cognizance of the offence of contempt of court committed by the
respondents herein by intentionally, willfully and deliberately disobeying the common
order dated 14.02.2020 passed by this Court in WP No. 4818 / 2019, 15161 / 2019 and
20948 / 2019, in the interest of justice.

WHEREAS the said cases coming on for hearing, and whereas the High Court, upon
perusing the affidavit filed therein and the earlier orders of this Hon'ble Court dt. 15-07-
2020 and 23-12-2020 made C.C.No. 554 of 2020 and the earlier orders of this Hon'ble
Court dt. 31-08-2020 and 23-12-2020 made C.C.No. 773 of 2020 and the common order
dated 20.01.2021 passed in CC No. 554 and CC No. 755 of 2020 and upon hearing the
arguments of Sri Sasanka Bhuvanagiri, Advocate for petitioner in C.C.No. 554 of 2020, of
Sri Subba Rao Posani, Advocate for petitioner in C.C.No. 773 of 2020, and of Sri Kasa
Jagan Mohan Reddy, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents in both CCs,
made the following : ,

ORDER:-

"The 2" respondent is present in-person.

  
 

Sri P. Venkateswarlu, learned counsel states that he will not insist on the
contemnor being present or will pursue the appearance till the appeals are disposed
of.

Sri Kasa Jagan Mohan Reddy, learned Special Government Pleader states that
there is an order of suspension of the impugned judgment, which is disputed seriously
by Sri P. Venkateswarlu.

In any view of the matter, since the Writ Appeals are scheduled to be heard, list
these matters on 12.02.2021.

The presence of second respondent is dispensed with for the next hearing."
