The Appeal coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Appeal and the
memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri
Kakara Venkata Rao, Advocate for the Appellants and of J. Kanakaiah Advocate for the
Respondents, the Court made the following.

ORDER:

"Heard Mr. Kakara Venkata Rao, learned counsel for the appellants.

Also heard Mr. P. Sri Raghuram, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. J. Kanakaiah, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 10.

It appears that the writ petition was allowed based on the reasons stated in the order passed by this Court in WP No.29116 of 2014 and batch, as confirmed in WA No.287 of 2017 by a Division Bench of this Court by judgment dated 05.01.2018. It has been brought to our notice that the said judgment rendered was assailed before Hon'ble the Supreme Court in S.L.P (C ) Nos.15971-15998 of 2018 and Hon'ble the Supreme Court by an order dated 10.09.2018 had stayed the operation of the same.

/ In that view of the matter, order of the learned single Judge is suspended. However, looking to the totality of the facts and circumstances, we consider it appropriate to hear the matter finally at the admission stage, at an early date.

Accordingly, Registry will list this case on 22.02.2021 for final disposal."
