Nandyalampalli village, Simhadripuram Mandal, YSR Kadpa District. wh Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in passing the impugned order in Appeal case No. RDO/JMD/1335/2019/SA-A1, dated 20.07.2020 directing the 3rd respondent to make necessary changes of entries in the pass book of the petitioner and to issue e-PPB to the 4th respondent for the lands in Sy.No. 42/3 extent 4.70 , Sy. No. 43/1 Ac. 4.05, Sy. No. 63/2 Ac. 0.69 cts., 63/3 Ac. 0.12 cents and 63/4 Ac. 0.68 cts of Nandyalampalli village in exercise of the powers U/s. 5 (5) of AP Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Book Act though the said powers were not vested with the 2nd respondent as held by this Hon'ble Court in catena of judgments as reported in CDJ 2015 APHC 622 (DB) and CD 2017 APHC649 that too even without giving an opportunity to substantiate her case as being illegal, without jurisdiction or authority, unjust and consequently set aside the same; IA NO: 1 OF 2020 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the impugned order of the 2nd respondent as made in Appeal case No. RDO/JMD/1335/2019/SA-A1 dated 20.07.2020, pending disposal of the Writ Petition No. 19630 of 2020, on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court, dated 22.10.2020 & 11.11.2020 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.Pillix Law Firm Advocate for the Petitioner, GP for Revenue for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri G.Ramesh Babu, Advocate for Respondent No.4, the Court made the following: ORDER:
