ORAL JUDGMENT

1. Heard Ms. J. Sumathi, learned Government Pleader for Services II

appearing for the appellant. Also heard Mr. A. Phani Bhushan, learned

Counsel for the respondents.

2. The above I.A.No.1 of 2020 has been filed for condonation of delay

of 311 days in preferring the writ appeal.

3. Perused the averments made in the affidavit. Learned Counsel for

the respondents did not raise any objection for condonation of delay.

However, he submits that the present appeal is squarely covered by the

order of Division Bench of this Court in W.P.Nos.4247 and 4994 of 2019,

dated 06.11.2020, in terms of which, the present writ appeal is liable to be

dismissed.

4. Ms. J. Sumathi, learned Government Pleader for the appellants, fairly

conceded that in view of the aforesaid order, as pointed out by the learned

Counsel for the respondents, this writ appeal is liable to be dismissed.

5. In view of the above submissions, I.A.No.1 of 2020 is allowed and

the writ appeal is disposed of upholding the order dated 27.09.2019 passed

by learned single Judge in W.P.No.14940 of 2019, following the order dated

06.11.2020 in W.P.Nos.4247 and 4994 of 2019. No costs. As a sequel, all

the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
