ORAL JUDGMENT

Dt: 21.01.2021

(per Arup Kumar Goswami, CJ)

Heard Mr. G.L. Nageswara Rao, learned Government Pleader for

Registration & Stamps appearing for the appellants, and Mr. V. Surya Kiran

Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent.

This writ appeal is presented against an order dated 08.11.2018

passed by a learned single Judge in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.40045 of

2018.

By the aforesaid order, the appellants, who were the respondents in

the writ petition, were directed to receive and register the lease deed, in

respect of the subject property, presented by the writ petitioner, which

would be subject to further orders. It was observed that the registration

shall be treated as provisional registration.

Mr. G.L. Nageswara Rao, learned Government Pleader appearing for

the appellants, submits that the documents, including the lease deed, have

already been registered pursuant to the above direction, after deleting the

property in question from the prohibitory list and, therefore, nothing

survives for consideration in this appeal.

In view of the above submission, the writ appeal is disposed of as

infructuous. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall

stand closed.
