Petition under Section 389 (1) of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated
in the grounds filed in support of the criminal appeal, the High Court may be pleased to
suspend the operation of sentence of two years imprisonment imposed U/s.7 and 13(1)
(d), rWw.13(2) of P.C. Act respectively, vide judgment dated 18.12.2020 in C.C.No.22 of
2017 on the file of the Hon'ble Special Judge for Trail of ACB Cases in Rayalaseema
Region, at Kurnool, pending disposal of CRLA No.12 of 2021, on the file of the High
Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds
filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI SRIMAN Advocate for
the Appellant, and of SRI S M SUBHANI (SC FOR ACB AND SPL PP), the Court made
the following
ORDER:

"Appellant is on interim bail. He shall continue on such bail till disposal of the Appeal." .
