Prosecutor, that the trial Court acquitted the petitioners, vide

judgment dated 12.01.2018 passed in C.C. No.53 of 2012 on

the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of the First Class,

Dharmavaram, Ananthapuramu District.

Recording the above submission made by the learned

Special Assistant Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition

stands closed.
