Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the
respondents 2 to 4 to forthwith keep the GPAs bearing numbers 643 of 2015, 644 of
2015, 645 of 2015 and 646 of 2015, in abeyance duly instructing its official not to act
upon the same any further while causing corrections in the records, pending disposal of
WP No. 15418 of 2015, on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit
filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 03.06.2015 made in
W.P.No.15418 of 2015 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri.A.Chandra Shaker

ORDER:
On the last occasion i.e., on 17.12.2020, Sri S.Srinivasa Rao, learned
counsel, stated that he is going to file vakalat along with the counter but so far,
no vakalat is filed. Today also, he sought time.
This Court is not inclined to grant further time.
Following the judgment in Captain Paida Janardhana Reddy and another
vs.State of Andhra Pradesh, rep. by its Commissioner & Inspector General,
Registration & Stamps Department [2020 SCC OnLine AP 757 : (2020)2 ALD 179:
(2020) 3 ALT 1], there shall be interim direction as prayed for.
