And whereas the High Court, upon perusing the petition and the memo of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondent herein to show cause why this petition should not be admitted.
