Appeal Under Section 96 RW Order 41 Rule 1 of C.P.C againgt Memorandum of
Appeal against the Judgment and Decree dated 18.02.2020, passed in OS.No. 15 of
2011, on the file of Il Additional District Judge, Kadapa at Proddatur.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the
memorandum of grounds filed the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant
injunction restraining the respondents from alienating or changing the nature of the suit
schedule property in OS.No.15/2011 on the file of Il Addl. District Judge, Kadapa at
Proddatur, pending disposal of AS 207 of 2020, on the file of the High Court. ~
