circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to
stay of all further proceedings including the execution of the decree and judgment
dated 30.01.2016 in 0.S.No.1254/2013 on the file of VI Addl. Senior Civil Judge,
Vijayawada, which was conformed in A.S. No. 263/2016, on the file of the II Addl.
District Judge, Vijayawada, dated 28.06.2019, pending disposal of SANo. 812 of
2019, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and affidavit
filed herein, and Order of High Court dated 21-12-2020 and 19-02-2020 made herein
and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M. Radhakrishna, Advocate for the Petitioner,
the Court made the following

ORDER :-

"Interim order granted earlier by this Court is extended by another four (4)
weeks from today.
